I had a problem with my order at first and was a bit annoyed. You know how it is when something doesn’t go right and you just want it fixed. Support did get back to me though and sorted everything out. It took a little longer than I hoped, but it ended up fine. 4 stars from me

My order has been sitting on the exact same tracking update for days now, and I still have no idea what’s going on. I reached out hoping for some kind of clear answer, but nobody has followed up with me. Frustrating when you’re just left waiting with no updates.

I tried using the site on my phone, and it just kept loading weird?? The menu wasn’t super clear either, so finding basic stuff took way longer than it should have. After a while, I just gave up

I think it was literally worth it for me. For the price, I’m happy with it.

I’m disappointed. I only washed it once on a normal cold cycle, and somehow the fabric already started feeling weird, the seams looked like they were coming loose, and it didn’t really hold its shape anymore. I didn’t even put it in the dryer, so I’m not sure what went wrong. For the price, I really expected it to make it through more than one wash. I probably wouldn’t order from sirenmode.com again.
